Group Reservations: Three or more rooms, either booked together or individually by parties travelling together, constitutes a group reservation. Group reservations may require payment at the time of booking and a 45-day cancellation policy. These policies supersede policies shown on an individually booked reservation. If you, or the parties you are travelling with, reserve three or more rooms, you will be contacted and a contract will be required.
Holiday or Special Event Periods: Reservations during special event or holiday periods are subject to a longer cancellation policy. Should you not cancel your reservation within the specified timeframe, you will be charged for all nights of your original reservation. Additionally, a minimum night stay may be required, and early departures will be charged for the original reservation.
Extended Stays & Early Departure Policy
Reservations for seven days or more are subject to pre-payment of the entire amount at the lime of reservation.
A 14 day cancellation policy applies on extended stays.
For all reservations cancelled 14 days or more before the date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, will forfeit 50% of the entire amount of the stay, plus tax.
Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation.
